By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Our Services

CryoGenesis is a donor egg, sperm, and embryo bank that helps intended parents build their families by providing access to screened donor materials. The majority of donor eggs we offer are frozen and available for purchase. Fresh donations may be available in limited circumstances but are not the routine process.

CryoGenesis is a donor tissue bank. It is not a medical facility, clinical laboratory, or healthcare provider, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, consultations, treatment, or legal services. You coordinate all clinical care with your own fertility clinic.

Our Company and Laboratory

CryoGenesis is not a member of, accredited by, or certified by any professional organization. Laboratory and screening services associated with our donor program are provided by our affiliated laboratory, IVF Virginia, which is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and accredited by CLIA and the Joint Commission.

Our laboratory’s practices are informed by professional guidelines from leading reproductive medicine and tissue-banking organizations, including ASRM, SART, ESHRE, and AATB. CryoGenesis and IVF Virginia are not members of, and are not accredited by, ASRM, SART, ESHRE, AATB, or any similar organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

The use of donor eggs, sperm, or embryos involves inherent biological variability. CryoGenesis does not guarantee any specific medical result, pregnancy, or outcome from the use of our services or donor materials.

Donor Screening

Donors are screened by our lab, including medical evaluation, genetic screening, infectious disease testing, and psychological evaluation. Our laboratory’s screening practices are informed by professional guidelines published by organizations including ASRM, SART, ESHRE, and AATB. Screening reduces but cannot eliminate all risks, and results are provided for informational and clinical decision-making purposes.

Purchasing Donor Materials and Your Clinic

Frozen donor eggs are generally available for purchase without a lengthy waiting period. You are responsible for confirming that your fertility clinic will accept the donor materials and for coordinating clinical care with your provider. CryoGenesis coordinates the logistics of getting the donor materials to your chosen clinic; it does not provide clinical care, scheduling of medical procedures, or legal services.

Use of Fertylink and Third-Party Services

Certain features, including donor profiles, registration, and communications, are provided through Fertylink and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CryoGenesis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryoGenesis and the Procreate Fertility Center Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
